The hotel room was spacious and comfortable for sleeping, but I encountered delays and poor service regarding reimbursement. Despite being clean overall, there were some areas that felt grubby in room 208.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but I faced issues getting reimbursed for a buzzing noise. The service was a letdown, with unwelcoming staff making me uncomfortable. However, the picturesque location and convenience made up for some of the shortcomings.
Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, we found the room spacious and modern, yet the bathroom was a wet room without a bath. A mix of positives and negatives like the double bed being labeled executive, but with the inconvenience of red cords everywhere.
The hotel is ideally located, close to various attractions and convenient facilities. The rooms were comfortable, but the distance from the lift could be a downside. The service was on point, although there were moments of understaffing. The dining experience had its highlights and low points, while the location offered easy access to key spots.
